Petitioner is accused in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special
