Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is son of the deceased has alleged that when his father went to take water from hand pump, petitioner along with co-accused persons surrounded his father and assaulted him by Axe and thereafter his family members due to old land dispute.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60766 of 2018(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 falsely implicated in this case due to old land dispute. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner to assault the deceased. There is specific allegation against Mohan Yadav of causing Axe blows upon the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1297 of 2018).
