This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parsauni P.S. Case No.74 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 & 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2023. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
