JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 to 5 that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2023 passed in CWJC No. 18091 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Yogapatti, District-West Champaran at Bettiah, has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 10.08.2023, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, for enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 10.08.2023. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
