1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that informant alleges that on 04.06.2025 at 6 A.M. she was going to feed her cattle when the accused persons came variously armed and abused her and her family members and assaulted her husband and son causing injury on head and even acted inappropriately with her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80586 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that thrust of the allegation is against Manish and as far as petitioners are concerned, the allegation of assault and abuse is general and omnibus in nature and on a trivial issue of feeding the cattle, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is also submitted that even the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.185/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
