2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1403 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

3. The petitioner is husband of the complainant. The prosecution case is based upon the complainant wherein the allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation made in the complaint are baseless and false and the petitioner has never demanded any dowry and has never treated

The petitioner has always been ready to revive his matrimonial relation with the complainant and he undertakes to keep her with full honour and dignity. It is actually the complainant herself, who has left the house and has gone to her parents house. The attention of this Court has been drawn to the S.A of the complainant a perusal of which, would show that her entire grievance is with regard to one Golu Khatoon, who is sister of the present petitioner and she wants to stay with the petitioner.

5. The learned APP and learned counsel appearing for OP.No.2 oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. At this stage, the learned cousnel for the petitioner makes an offer to pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- per month to the account of OP.No.2 for the child to which the learned counsel for the O.P.No.2 does not agree.

7. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.12.2024 is hereby, confirmed.
