2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 407, 408, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was working as a teacher on the place of somebody else. As she came to know that legal action is being taken against such kind of persons, she left the job.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. She has got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that having information about her illegal appointment, the petitioner who is a lady herself left
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85080 of 2024(3) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 her job in the year 2017 and since then, she runs a grocery shop. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 02.08.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Munger.
