2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was returning to his office and reached near Haripur Primary School, the accused persons intercepted his way. Further, all the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted him by fist and butt of pistol, causing head injuries. Thereafter, they snatched his mobile phone and Rs. 10,359 cash from him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He has also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84265 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Manish Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46534 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except Raghopur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 and Raghopur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
