Case No. 519 of 2019, dated 09.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 37(b)(c) and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 27.75 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of one Dharmendra Kumar Sinha in which house the petitioner is said to be a tenant. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner/Ayush Sinha @ Ayush Kumar @ Ayush Kumar Sinha is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 519 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
