This happens to be a trap case. Petitioner was apprehended while accepting bribe-money of Rs. 13,000/- from the complainant and on account thereof, is under custody since 10.08.2019.

At an earlier occasion, while going through the order impugned, it was perceived that charge-sheet had already been submitted whereupon, the learned counsel for the petitioner was requested to inform the Bench whether the charge has been framed or not.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance has submitted that on 2nd December 2019, charges have already been framed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77564 of 2019(4) dt.27-04-2020 2/2 against the petitioner.

That being so, petitioner, KUSUM LAL PASWAN is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in connection with Vigilance PS Case No. 35/2019 leading to Special Case No. 34/2019.
