====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bakhari of P.S. Case No. 176 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 24.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2844 of 2023 with an observation to expedite the trial.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 17.2.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 27.7.2022 and there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future.

6. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

7. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

8. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six (6) months positively, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
