The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 13 of 1999 dated 08.06.1999 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
This Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition on the sole ground that the occurrence is of the year 1999 and the charge-sheet in which the petitioners have been named was filed way back in the year 2004. However, cognizance in the aforesaid case was taken in the year 2016.

In case the petitioners surrender before the court below and seek bail on merits, the court below shall look into the entire aspect of the matter, the history of the case, the result of the litigation of other accused persons of the case and then shall pass an order in accordance with law without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
This petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation/direction.
