Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 491 of 2016 arising out of Ekma P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act and later on, section 302 I.P.C. was added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the report, as called for vide order dated 11.12.2019 from the trial court with regard to the present stage of the trial, shows that there is no progress in the trial, as detailed at Flag-A. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2016.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
