JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 877 of 2017 (G. R. No. 3694 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354B, 379, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have given one dabia blow causing head injury to the informant. Annexure-3 to the petition goes to show that the informant sustained simple injury on her head though the said injury is said to be caused by hard and sharp edged weapon. However, it is informed that wife of the petitioner has also lodged Forbisganj P.S.Case No.878 of 2017 against the prosecution party.

No.57179 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 877 of 2017 (G. R. No. 3694 of 2017) , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
