This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.98 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498-A & 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
