Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Public Interest Litigation for giving a direction to shift the voting centre of Mahamana PACS, which is presently existing in the residential house of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.23078 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 present PACS Chairman in Village- Kusapi to the Rambigha Mahamana Middle School which is the centre of the Mahamana PACS as the same voting centre is the best place for all concern for the voter of Mahamana PACS, and the same will be also in consonance with the instruction of the Government for establishment of voting centre."
Our attention is invited to the fact that the elections are already stand notified vide notification dated 31st of October, 2019.
If that were so, we are afraid, we cannot entertain the present petition and, therefore, dispose of the present writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise all issues before the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
