The petitioner has been in custody since 05.07.2018 in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was taken into custody in connection with the Ekchari P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and, thereafter, on the basis of his own self-confessional statement made before the police, the petitioner has been remanded in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that till date neither has there been any recovery from the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and considering that the petitioner cannot be indicted on the basis of his self-confessional statement made before the police, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57820 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Bhagalpur, in connection with Antichak P.S.
