It appears that in the last paragraph of order dated 08.10.2018 passed in the instant case, Complaint Case No.1946 of 2018 has been inadvertently typed in place of Complaint Case No.1946 of 2011. This error is purely a printing error. The said typing error is corrected and the same be read as Complaint Case No.1946 of 2011 in place of Complaint Case No.1946 of 2018 and to this extent the order dated 08.10.2018 is modified.
