2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 90 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the pick-up van of which vehicle permit was issued in the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the huge quantity, criminal antecedent of similar nature and the fact that vehicle permit was issued in the name of this petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
