2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, son of the informant was stabbed with knife by all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the First Information Report, only suspicion has been expressed against the petitioner. As a matter of fact, son of informant was accused of a murder case and recently he had been released on bail. It is the case of the informant that someone called her son on phone call and then killed him by

Learned counsel submits that save and except suspicion, there is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner to show his complicity in the occurrence. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.6.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge III, Banka in Sessions Trial No. 335 of 2025.
