JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 357 of 2017 dated 28.05.2017, giving rise to Special (POCSO) Case No. 17 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 376 (C) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 66(e) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The prayer for bail has earlier twice been rejected. The report which has been received from the trial court indicates that almost all the witnesses have been examined but for one official witness.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74723 of 2019(3) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 In the aforesaid circumstance, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The petition is dismissed.
