Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur PS Case No. 155 of 2000 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the undertaking of the petitioner to repay the amount which has not been paid out of the loan amount, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the condition that the petitioner would deposit the said amount in the Central Bank of India, Virsinghpur Branch, Samastipur within a period of two months from today.
In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
