2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 119 of 2013 for the offence under sections 302, 201, 34 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. lodged on 11.06.2013 by the informant, Narayan Yadav.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that his uncle solemnized marriage twenty years ago but the wife went alongwith other person and tied nuptial knots with him. The allegation is that as the deceased had illicit relationship with one Puniya Devi, her family was disliking the said relationship which resulted into the alleged killling of Mahendra

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81648 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 Yadav and the headless deadbody was found near the river. This led to the FIR.

4. This Court took up the Cr. Misc. No. 44377 of 2025 (Narayan Kumar and Anr. vs. The State of Bihar) on 16.07.2025 and taking note of the fact that it is the case of killing and headless body of the deceased was found, cognizance taken in the year 2018 and anticipatory bail application filed in the year 2025, it was rejected.

5. Instead of surrendering, the second anticipatory bail application.

6. No fresh look is required in the case and the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

7. If the petitioners fail to surrender in four weeks, the S.P., Jamui shall look into the matter and ensure his arrest.

8. Let a copy of the order be sent to the office of the S.P., Jamui for his perusal and needful.
