2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P. S. Case No. 629 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the FIR, the informant suspects that her husband was murdered by this petitioner and another accused, Kavita Devi, with whom her husband was allegedly in contact.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that, during the course of investigation, the weapon of offence was recovered based on the confessional statement of the petitioner. Hence, he does not deserve regular bail.
