2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 663/2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused is of assaulting the son of the informant and during treatment, he died.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. There is no specific overt act
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83709 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. After investigation, police has filed the charge-sheet under section 306 and other section of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also petitioner is female and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 663 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
