The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Banka Rajoun P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Kumari Kiran, along with her husband, Arvind Kumar Verma, were being abused by her brother-in-law, Amod Kumar Verma, while the neighbours pacified the matter. Thereafter, on 07.07.2019 in the morning Amod Kumar Verma, caught hold the collar of her husband, Arvind Kumar Verma, and started to cause assault through fists and slaps. Submission is that the petitioner is own brother of the husband of the informant and due to family dispute, the informant has lodged the present case with false allegation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Banka Rajoun P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
