JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 05.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65306 of 2018 and again the prayer for the petitioner for grant of bail stands withdrawn vide order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40997 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Allegation against the petitioner is giving repeated knife blow to the son of informant causing grievous injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in custody since 19.06.2018 and now charge has been framed.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.73160 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -VII, Siwan, in connection with Daraundha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
