2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/order to quash the confiscation arising out of Dehri Forest Case No. 39/2019 pending before Respondent No. 4 or decide the same in accordance with law.

(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/direction to the Respondent No. 4 to release the Vehicle bearing Registration No. BR26H/4109 which is subject matter of the confiscation case

Patna High Court CWJC No.23222 of 2019 dt.02-12-2019 2/2 No. 35/2019 arising out of Dehri Forest Case No. 39/2019 which is wrongly noted as BR26H/5107. (iii) For the issuance of any other writ/order/direction as your lordship may deem fit & proper for the ends of Justice or to allow the relief to which the petitioner is found entitle by this Hon'ble Court."

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the matter is pending before the respondent no. 4, who may be directed to conclude the proceeding within a fixed time period.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the same.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure that the proceeding in confiscation Case No. 35 of 2019, pending before him is taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, in accordance with law.

6. It shall be open to the petitioner to press his petition for release of the vehicle dated 28.10.2019, which is pending before the authority. The same shall also be considered and order passed in accordance with law.
