2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 251 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim and strangulating him to death. He is in jail since 29.05.2025 and has 15 criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the allegations and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
