2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun (Nawada) P. S. Case No. 339 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) and 123 of the BNS.

3. As per FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have administered poison to the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79338 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the bail application and submits that victim has named this petitioner as the person who administered poison to the deceased. Hence, he does not deserve regular bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
