2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the

If the petitioner files the representation before the respondent no.7 (The Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, Patna) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the respondent no.7 (The Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, Patna) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned within a period of eight weeks.
