JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 16.09.2019 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga, whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing License No. 11 of 2016 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate appeal against the order dated 16.09.2019, however, submits that the same be directed to be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State has got

Patna High Court CWJC No.25167 of 2019(2) dt.09-02-2021 2/2 no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal within a period of two weeks from today whereupon the appellate authority shall dispose off the same by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
