Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 279, 337, 338 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Neither he was arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2018.
