JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is that though, he passed his Matriculation Examination in 2006, his original Matriculation certificate has not been sent by the Board to the school from where he passed the said examination. Considering the nature of grievance raised in the present writ application, it is disposed of with a direction to Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, to find out whether the petitioner's Matriculation certificate was sent by the Board to the school or not and the said certificate was made available to the petitioner or not. If the Board finds that the Matriculation certificate was in fact issued in favour of the petitioner, the Board shall communicate to the petitioner in this regard. In the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18483 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 event, it is found that the Certificate was not released by the Board for being sent to the school in question, the Board shall ensure that the said certificate is made available to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

In any event, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply either for the duplicate copy of the original certificate issued by the Board or English version of the said certificate. If the petitioner is required to make application for supply of duplicate copy or English version of the said certificate, the Board shall consider his request and issue certificate(s) in accordance with law within two months of making of such application. This application stands disposed of.
