The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/414/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Krishna Kharwar had put a motorcycle in the house of this petitioner, which was stolen one. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.314 of 2018, with following conditions:
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57526 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
