2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his membership status was reduced from full member to co-member in the PACS election Umva Sarangpur, Saran at Chapra.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may raise

Patna High Court CWJC No.18611 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 his grievance before the Registrar Co-operative Societies, Patna, if the petitioner files his representation within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall decide the matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of representation.
