2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur vide order dated 17.10.2022 in A.B.P. No. 2043 of 2022, arising out of Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Court concerned for mediation/conciliation between the parties and in this regard, petitioner shall file the petition.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present case stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Court concerned for taking steps for mediation/conciliation between the parties.

6. On filing such petition by the petitioner, the Court concerned shall take endeavour to mediate/conciliate between the parties.
