1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45051 of 2024 arising out of Rajauli P.S. Case No.628 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after examination of some of the witnesses, trial of the case is not in progress. She further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85973 of 2024(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.628 of 2022.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.628 of 2022.
