JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 307 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75645 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is case and counter case and the informant has sustained only a simple and superficial injury, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-15th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
