2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners along with other co-accused is of assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84192 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 Para 3 of the bail application. There is no specific overt act against the petitioners rather specific allegation is upon coaccused Saroj Ram, who assaulted the informant upon head. He further submits that the both the parties are next door neighbours.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also from perusal of the records and there is compromise between the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
