2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Samastipur GRPS P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 305(c)of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals had snatched the purse etc. of the informant and in the purse there was golden chain and other articles.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025 and the alleged stolen articles have been recovered from the petitioner and he has criminal antecedent also.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
