Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on account of admitted land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57667 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
