The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bela P.S. Case No. 117/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(B)II/(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 05 K.G. of Ganja was recovered from the joint possession of Gudari Das (petitioner) and one Shatrughan Mandal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure list has been prepared by the S.S.B. (Personnel). There is no proper compliance of section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act. He further submits that 05 K.G. of Ganja is much below the commercial quantity. He has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.07.2018.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.
