The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No. 366 of 2018 in Special Case No. 6520 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30 (a)/37 (c) of Excise Prohibition Act, 2016 and 294, 342, 372, 373, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 (2) (AB), 4, 6 and 7 of Immoral Traffic Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is that on getting secret information, the informant along with others raided the house of one Akhilesh Singh of running immoral activities and one Royal Stag 750ml, Samsung mobile, Sonata Watch and one Bolero Car and other articles were recovered and a seizure list has been prepared and petitioner was found in an

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60464 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 objectionable position with girls.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and he has no criminal history and he is in custody since 17.07. 2018. Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No. 366 of 2018 in Special Case No. 6520 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
