The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A) To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside the order dated 28.08.2023 (Annexure6) passed by the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (Respondent no-4) in Anganwari Revision Case no- 56/2021 whereby and whereunder he was pleased to dismiss Anganwari Revision of Petitioner and upheld the order passed by Respondent no-5, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2010 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 District Magistrate, Supaul, rejecting the candidature of Petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

B) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
