The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to extend the period of service with effect from 27.10.2019 in terms of letter no. 8066 dated 6.9.2019. The Court cannot issue any mandamus in favour of the petitioner. However, the Court can only observe if the letter no. 8066 dated 6.9.2019 is applicable in favour of the petitioner,
