Petitioner seeks bail in Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No.75 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 379, 385, 406, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner mortgaged the land for Rs.60,000/- with informant and he also took Rs.1,21,000/- for selling the land, but did not execute the sale deed. Panchayati was also held, but money has not been returned. The informant went to plough the land mortgaged with him then the same was objected and Rangdari was also demanded.

From the nature of allegation, it appears to be civil dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No.75 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
