2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64336 of 2024. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail and he has been directed to be surrendered within a period of thirty days.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail but he was in judicial custody in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No.448 of 2024 since 02.10.2024 wherein the previous day i.e. on 01.10.2024 the petitioner has

No.85117 of 2024(3) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in the present case (Salaiya P.S.Case No. 52 of 2024) and the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 448 of 2024 on 19.11.2024 by the learned court below itself.

4. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner seeks further two weeks more time to surrender in connection with Salaiya P.S.Case No. 52 of 2024.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Sanjit Kumar Singh @ Sanjit Singh and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64336 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
