The mediation report has been received and is kept at Flag-M. Perusal whereof shows that the dispute between the parties were amicably settled on certain terms enumerated in the report.
Today learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over demand drafts of Rs. 6,00,000/- to the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has received the same and has made necessary endorsement in that regard in the record of the Court.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76120 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make payment of the remaining amount as per the terms of settlement.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
