JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 After some argument, Sri Anant Kumar no.1, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Jai Narain Thakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. Even this prayer was opposed by learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. He submits that it is a fit case for dismissal.

However, considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition is accepted.

The prayer is allowed.
